It was a pleasure working with Marc and Carl from The Finishers Touch to bring our renovation to completion. We received a detailed quotation in a timely manner which was competitively priced. Choosing baseboards, casings and crown mouldings can be very confusing with so much to choose from. Marc was very patient through this process and made great recommendations which we decided to go with and it came together and looks awesome. Marc and Carl both pay close attention to the smallest details and it shows in the end result, they are truly skilled craftsmen at their trade. His professional standards and workmanship far exceeded our experience with other companies. For that we are most grateful. I am giving Finishing Touch full points for the great service that was provided. I was contacted by Marc and he was prompt with his response via phone and email. Business communication was professional and courteous. I was able to obtain a quotation within the same day after I provided details of my required work.
On day of the job, Marc was not late. In fact he came early morning and a little before the scheduled time so that we could get the job started in advance. Upon review of the damages, he had suggested the best course of action to conduct the repairs. He replaced the damaged brick molding, and helped patch and reseal the cracked plastic trim for the glass. After a nice coat of paint was applied. For the quotation provided, Marc went above and beyond to ensure the job was done properly, and if required he went out to gather the necessary materials to properly complete the job.
Upon completion of the work, he ensured my property was cleaned up and removed any on site debris.
I am really satisfied with the work and would recommend his service. The value for The Finishers Touch is well worth it.
